Vegetarian Find: Shakey's Meatless Pizza with Quorn

Vegetarian options in most pizzerias are rare and hard to find but Shakey's Pizza Parlor has collaborated with Quorn to offer 2 vegetarian pizzas on their menu. I have always loved pizza and I have been trying to find ways to indulge my cravings at home since most restaurant pizza's have meat.

So news of a meatless pizza definitely caught my attention and I took the opportunity to take a bite, a slice, ok several slices of these 2 pizzas. The verdict: these pizza's are still a yummy treat!

Quaint and Cute Garden Plus Good Food in Bag of Beans, Tagaytay

Once we had done indulging our eyes with the various views of Mt. Batulao and exploring Chapel on the Hill in Nasugbu, Batangas, our tummies were eager to experience some delicious and filling food.

Floating umbrellas welcomed us at the entrance gate.

We headed straight away to one of the most popular restaurants in Tagaytay: Bag of Beans located at 115 Aguinaldo Highway. They have several branches but this one is the biggest and also offers many picture-worthy spots. So we forgot our hunger for awhile as we admired the decorations and snapped away.

Levante Food Market @ Eastwood City Walk - Part 2

Still on the Levante Food Market, more food treats ahead. This time we're going to explore the vendors who offer us main dishes in different varieties.

Maria's Ilocos Empanada

But first off, we talked to Hazel, the owner of Maria's Ilocos Empanada. They offer one of my grandmother's favorite kitchen staple, the Sukang Iloko as well as other Ilocano treats like Sweet Potato Chips.

Big Treats in Biggs, Naga

Traveling to new places and tasting different delicacies is a dream past time of mine and I recently got to indulge in one such trip in Naga. Because we we're set on sightseeing more than the eating, we weren't able to sample the local food but we did get a taste of something new.

If we have Jollibee and McDonald's as fastfood staples here in Manila, in Naga, they have Bigg's Diner and you can find it in almost every corner of the city. I think it also has branches in other places in Bicol. So it was this place that we went to when we needed a bite and it's open 24 hours too.

Pizza Morning

On a lazy Thursday morning, I was craving for pizza. We have a pizza shop near our place but it was raining and I didn't want to go out in the cold. So I decided to make pizza my own at home but the easy way - without the dough.

Luckily, we had some Gardenia bread, some tomatoes and cheese. I also bought parsley from my last grocery trip so I had something green to top my pizza off.

Fruit Magic Vegetarian Pizza and Smoothie Combo

Running errands in the middle of the hot afternoon sun can be quite exhausting and makes one really go hungry. So after making my round of errands, I was looking for a mall to get into for some air conditioning and some snacks.

Shopwise branch near the area was a welcome sight and I was happy to just browse around the grocery store as I enjoyed the cooler air. After getting some respite from the heat, I had to satisfy my hunger next.
